INCLUDED HARDWARE

Our goal is to place your account on a server that will perform optimally for your current traffic levels AND continued future growth. Special hardware requirements or configurations may alter the standard pricing. Unlike other companies, we don't punish you for growing. When your needs change from the default webserver hardware we'll upgrade your server to the appropriate next level so that performance is always optimal either free of charge or at minimal cost to you.

Custom Configurations are available for an additional charge. Options include faster processors, dual processors, scsi drives, additional RAM, larger hard drives, additional hard drives, different motherboards, redundant internal power supplies, different cases, load balancing, additional servers, hardware RAID, load balancing, fibre channel and much more.

SERVER CONFIGURATION

We will set up your server as requested! Most configurations are Linux running Apache. At our discretion, other operating systems may have an additional fee associated with then. Secure telnet access is standard. CGI, PHP, MySql, ASP and more all supported. We can install and configure scripts as needed. Basic script installations are free but we reserve the right to charge for more complicated script installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

WE TAKE THE HEADACHE OUT OF YOUR SETUP

We will install and configure your server custom to your needs. Your DNS services will be provided by our Primary and Secondary DNS servers. We will assist with retrieving your website data from your current host, if necessary. Do you have scripts that need to be migrated? We'll dig into the code for you at no additional charge in most instances.
